Delivery anywhere in the UK is a flat £4.99 no matter how many items you order. This will be added on at check-out.​ ​You will receive an email or text with tracking from our couriers the days before you receive your order. ​​​

Lead times

Because we paint to order, it usually takes around a week to 10 days from placing the order to you receiving your plant pot(s).

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce 24 or 48 hour tracked for most orders. Our very large pots are sent out on a specialist fragile service with APC Overnight.

International delivery

We also deliver internationally but this cannot be done through the website. Please email us at info@powpots.co.uk with your address and which pots you would like, and we will send you a shipping quote.

Returns

We hope you love your Pow Pots, but if it's not right for you, we accept returns up to 30 days. ​As a small business we are unable to offer free returns unless the item is damaged or faulty. However, we can send you a returns label for £5, or you can return the items yourself. Send back in the original packaging for safe transport. We will issue a full refund so long as the item is in its original condition. Please note that returns are only available on items purchased directly from Pow Pots. Exchanges fine too. Email info@powpots.co.uk to arrange.​​
