Delivery
Delivery anywhere in the UK costs £4.99, no matter how many pots you order. This will be added on when you check-out.
We use different couriers depending on your order and location.
Please note that due to the hand-painted nature of Pow Pots, it can take up to 2 weeks from order to delivery.
However, you will receive an email confirming when your pot is ready to be shipped.
International delivery is also available. Please email us for a delivery quote.
Returns
We hope you love your Pow Pots, but if for any reason you wish to return a pot purchased through our website, you have up to 14 days to do so, by sending it to:

Please include your order form in the package and take reasonable care to ensure the pot is well packaged so not to be damaged in transit.
As we are a small, new company, we are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of returns at the moment. In the event of goods being faulty, please email us at info@powpots.co.uk.
