I can honestly say that I could not be more impressed , both with the company AND the quality of the pot. Natalie was so helpful when I rang with some questions . Delivery of the items was very good too ,which is rare in this day and age. The items were bought for my son and daughter in law and they love them ( I was tempted to keep them for myself , that’s how stunning the pot and print were !)
